Tasting Notes :
A superb pale gold color with green glints. An aroma of citrus, mandarin, grapefruit. Fine, elegant and fruity, a typical Gascon wine. A crisp taste, possessing great freshness and roundness, giving a perfectly balanced wine.

Serving Advice :
Ideal as an aperitif and for sheer pleasure. It also makes an excellent partner for starters, seafood, fish and white meats. Dare to taste it with hard cheese, a real delight. Serve chilled at about 10°C.

Drink within 2 years after bottling.
